EMERGENCY INFORMATION

If you are an emergency case requiring immediate attention, please call us at 8108 2760. We will give you instructions and directions.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT AN APPOINTMENT?

If you firstly visit our Centre, please register at the “New Registration” counter. If you are already our patient, please register with your doctor’s Clinic Assistant. Then you can seat at the waiting room patiently. Our Clinic Assistant will arrange you to see our doctors as soon as possible.

We will discuss your problem and ask about your medical history. A thorough examination will then follow. We may request examinations and tests to assist and support our diagnosis.

If follow-up consultation or further consultations are required, we will indicate this and the staff will let you know the date and time of your next appointment.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING, IF I AM A NEW PATIENT?

Make sure to bring:

  • HKID or Birth Certificate of your child or passport
  • Any radiology films, CDs or imaging studies previously performed
  • Any relevant biopsy or blood test results
  • A list of medications you are currently taking
  • Any relevant past medical record

DO YOU HAVE IMAGING (X-RAYS, ULTRASONOGRAPHY, CT-SCAN) FACILITIES?

Yes. Our centre is equipped with advanced X Ray technology to provide ordinary X Ray and Scannogram. If further imaging investigation such as CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, DEXA and PET scan is required, we will provide you with suitable referral service and arrangement accordingly.

WHAT IF I NEED ANESTHETIST?

We can undertake only small or minor procedures in our Medical Centre. All other procedures requiring general anesthesia will be carried out in hospital. We will arrange experienced anesthetist for you.

CAN I USE YOUR PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICE?

Due to the high demand of our physiotherapy service, we can only provide the service to our doctors’ cases. Our doctors will refer you to our professional Physiotherapist if you need treatment for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including pain disorder, sports injury and post-operation rehabilitation.

DO YOU ACCEPT HEALTH CARE VOUCHER?

All our doctors have participated in the Elderly Health Care Voucher Scheme which provides subsidies for the elderly to receive private healthcare services. If you are aged 65 or above and hold a valid HK Identity Card or Certificate of Exemption, you can join the Scheme and use the vouchers.

DO YOU ACCEPT MEDICAL CARD?

Some of our doctors accept Hang Seng Bank Staff Medical Card and HSBC Staff Health Card. We also provide discount to specific organizations which have agreement with us. If this is not your case, we will provide an original receipt to you in order to be delivered to your private insurance for reimbursement.

An estimate of consultation fees and costs, investigations or surgery are available on request.

DO I NEED REFERRAL?

You are not required to provide referral letter to consultation. If you have insurance coverage and need to meet insurance requirement, we suggest you to contact your insurance provider before visiting us.

How can I view my X Ray images from CD?

You can follow the instruction manual to view your X Ray images.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING FACILITIES?

Yes. Paid Parking is available in the basement level of the Medical Centre.

HOW CAN I GO TO YOUR MEDICAL CENTRE?

We located between the Austin Road & Jordan Road, next to the Prudential Centre, at the same building of HSBC. You can easily arrive our centre by taking MTR (Jordan Station Exit E or Austin Exit A), bus or minibus. Please click here to have the details.
